Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel a order within a period of 3-4 days. 😇 If I have worked on your order /prepare/packaged…order can not be canceled since some orders are customized with names, etc.

Are returns accepted? Refunds?

All sales are final. No returns are accepted. No refunds if package is lost in mail. If USPS delivers to wrong address or your package is stolen… Apologies...but I’m not responsible. Please make sure you enter correct address as well. Once package is marked as delivered w/ correct shipping/address/tracking info…it’s out of my hands. Please make sure to keep up w/ your packages/tracking. I only ship first class & priority. If any issues w/lost packages…. please go to your local post office & file a claim w/Etsy ProtectionProgram. I will do what I can to help…but once again…out of my control once packages are shipped. 😌 Refunds: Allowed if returned back to me (because unverified address/ not delivered, etc) /shipping cost not included.

Is priority shipping the same as express?

When you pay for priority shipping…it’s priority (2-3day shipping). Express is usually way more and it’s not offered during checkout. Priority shipping means that you still have to wait for me to process your order. It doesn’t mean that your order will be shipped out ASAP…it will be a faster shipping process once I send packages with USPS (if priority mailing is your shipping option). ☺️☺️☺️

Can I make bulk orders?

No wholesale or bulk orders over 5 (per listing quantity).

Sometimes packages can arrive later than expected due to inclement weather & order issues with USPS. Please send me a message if there’s a issue with sea moss gel packages. Pics included (if any). Thanks ☺️
