Charms are sold and shipped as seen in photos. Charms come with clasp. If you do not want the charm on a clasp, add “no clasp” in the personalization box before purchasing.

When purchasing a charm with a custom initial, add the initial into personalization box. If you do not add the initial into the personalization box, you will be given 24 hours to respond to our message. After 24 hours, we will ship the first letter of the first name on the shipping address.

I ordered two of charm #28, with initials. They are as described. The width of the loop is 3/4”. The height of the initial is 1/2”. I ordered this size charm for an 8 year old and 4 year old because I think they will be the perfect size for their sneakers. Shipped quickly. Great shop!
