What kind of filament do you use for printing?

Star Armory Props uses PETG, PLA, and TPU depending on the application (UV/weather/impact resistance, details, or flexibility, respectively).

Do you do commissions?

Star Armory Props do a limited number of commissions per year. We are a small mom and pop shop who is passionate about cosplay. So while not working on our own things, we love working on pieces for others to enjoy, show, and display. For items that are already pre-made, they are available as finished products for sale. Otherwise, commissions are special orders that will only be accepted within acceptable timeframe agreed for both the customer and Star Armory Props.

What is the typical lead-time for commissions?

It depends on the piece. For helmets, lead time can be 3-4 months. A full costume about 8-10 months. For smaller items and varia, 1 month lead-time can be expected.
