The product itself is wonderful and exactly as in the photos, but the customer service was severely lacking. When my order hadn't shipped weeks after purchasing, I reached out and never heard back, so I waited a few days and tried again and was ignored again. Then a few days later my order finally shipped late without any word from the seller. Normally I wouldn't be too bothered by these things, but I had planned it as a gift and double-checked the shipping window to make sure it would arrive in plenty of time. But as I said before, the product itself is lovely so at least I can keep it for myself now lol

Seller was understandably backed up with orders through the holiday season so I got mine late, but they made it nonetheless and look fantastic! Great shipping and an attentive seller.
