Wedding Dress Order Terms Wedding Dress CaribisAtelierUA Order Terms 01. Completion Time: The wedding dress production takes approximately 8-12 weeks from the start of work. The exact completion date is agreed upon before sewing begins. 02. Order Modifications: Changes to the design, materials, or embellishments can be made no later than 1 month before work begins. After sewing has started, modifications are only possible upon agreement and may require an additional charge. 03. Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is paid after the final dress photo is sent. If the order is canceled after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable.

04. Materials and Compliance: The chosen fabrics and embellishments are agreed upon before the start of work. The atelier guarantees the quality and compliance of the final product with approved sketches and fabric samples. 05. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure situations, material unavailability from the supplier), the deadlines may be adjusted upon agreement with the client.

06. Work Stages: Finalizing the design (the client must describe their needs in detail). Approving the materials. Once confirmed, changes in color or fabric are possible but will incur an additional +30% cost. Approving the first sewn sample, followed by necessary adjustments. Up to 3–4 modifications are included; beyond that, design changes will incur a +30% fee. Approving the embroidery. Once confirmed, no changes can be made. Due to the manual work involved, changing embroidery later will add +30% to the cost. Sending the final version for approval.

Notify the client promptly about any delays or issues. Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the process. Accommodate reasonable requests for changes within the agreed terms.

Client Responsibilities: Provide clear and accurate design details to avoid misunderstandings. Take measurements strictly according to our guidelines, and fill in all required measurement fields. Respond promptly to messages and provide alternative contact methods. If we do not receive a timely response and this causes delays, the client assumes responsibility for the extended timeline.

Returns and Exchanges: Custom-made dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If the dress is too large or too small due to our error, we can alter it accordingly. Measurement Guidelines: Measurements should be taken following our recommendations: Wear a bra with an underwire, but without push-up. Take measurements in underwear or fitted clothing. Stand in a natural posture without overextending or slouching. Ideally, measurements should be taken in centimeters. The measurement table includes guidelines and conversions between centimeters and inches.

The corset with draping, an open top, and a refined bateau neckline is designed for a flawless fit and flexible contouring of the figure. The structure is reinforced with metal boning to highlight the body’s natural lines, while the back is adorned with loops and lacing — both a functional and elegant detail. The corset has a structured, multi-layered design: an inner lining, a base layer of medium-weight satin, and a top layer of silk chiffon, delicately arranged into draped pleats. The neckline is accented with a subtle decorative trim. The elongated, sculpted front panel adds definition to the silhouette and provides comfortable support around the stomach. Each pleat is shaped by hand, with the utmost care and love for detail.

The long skirt features a soft gather at the waist, with no slit or train. It fastens with a hidden zipper and includes a natural inner lining. The standard length is 115 cm, but custom length options are available.

The scarf, measuring 3 meters in length, is crafted from ultra-soft 100% silk in ivory. It softly completes the look without overpowering it.

The set is presented in ivory — a timeless bridal shade. The photos show this exact color.

The ensemble is made using only natural and premium fabrics, including:

100% natural silk chiffon,
lightweight natural cotton lining,
and medium-weight satin as a base layer between the silk and lining (used in both the corset and skirt).
Each piece — corset, skirt, and scarf — can be ordered separately or as a full set. We also offer custom design options — you are welcome to request changes, and we will gladly bring your vision to life.

All garments are made exclusively to order. Even standard sizes are individually handcrafted, with close attention to each stage of the production process. All decorative elements — including embroidery — are completed entirely by hand. Every piece requires significant time, care, and precision.

If you wish to make changes to the standard design, we are happy to do so — all requests must be confirmed in advance, in accordance with our order policy.

If any of the materials planned for this design are unavailable at the time of production, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative without compromising the aesthetic integrity of the piece.
