Purchasing from our store is an agreement of our stated policies. **PLEASE NOTE that our products may have variations such as font, size, material, color, texture, etc... due to the fact that our products are custom made ** Colors of all items may vary due to variations in computer screens and/or availability of color material. ALL ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE. A forced return is against Etsy's Terms of Use. A returned parcel back to us will not be refunded If your item is a customized/personalized item, it is up to the Buyer to leave us a Note inside the "note to the seller" comment box with the information regarding the order. If a note is not left, where applicable, we reserve the right to send the item as we see fit

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Please note that while not common sometimes items do arrive damaged and we DO NOT control the carrier. We use both UPS and USPS to deliver your items. All items are packaged with care, packaging material and in a "crush proof box." If your item does arrive damaged you need to report it within 48hrs of delivery. Depending on the extent of the damage a discount, refund or even a claim with the carrier may need to be filed. If the carrier is USPS in order to file the claim you will have to go in person to the post office to physically report the damage. This is THEIR policy. This discretion is up to the shop. We value feedback and our customers and our customers satisfaction and try our best to rectify each situation on an individual basis.

THINGS TO KNOW/DETAILS

Each base and name is made from birch wood and about 1/4in thickness.

Listing photo of "Kingston" is in Hunter and Font 2. Other sizes, colors, fonts and themes are also available for an upgrade.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our turnaround time for receiving your item is about 1-2 weeks. We typically use USPS for smaller items and UPS for our larger/heavier items. If you need your item sooner, we offer two ways to rush your item at an additional charge. We also offer a rush production on your item (depending on how fast your need your item will determine the upgrade price) and we offer a shipping rush which will upgrade your shipping from first class or priority to a faster service. If you need either of these options, please send us a message before ordering so we can make sure we are able to handle your request.

HANGING RECOMMENDATIONS

While we sell our items with unfinished backs, we do offer to drill one or two holes for no extra cost upon request. Other customers have had success with hanging bu using command strips or installing a frame hanger. However, due to liability, we are unable to install or endorse a particular option. We are also not liable to replace a sign broken if you chose to hang it and damage occurs.

ABOUT OUR WOOD MATERIALS

We use both birch plywood and hand pick our pieces of wood. We try our best to chose material with excellent quality and tones. Please keep in mind that each batch of wood will have slightly different hues and due to the fact that each item is custom made to order no two pieces will look the same or are created the same. In addition depending on what screen you are using to browse our products tones may be slightly different as well. Please also note that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain, cracks, missing chunks, and natural imperfections in your wood as this is a natural element. There will be different shades and darkness of each individual piece. We do our best to try to get them as similar as possible however it is impossible to make any two pieces exact. As always please send us a message prior to your order if you have a specific question about the current wood tones we have in stock.

We hand-choose the wood we cut our products from and pre-made products that we customize and personalize for you are chosen with thought and consideration or the best quality for our customers. If there is something that you are looking for that and don't see please, reach out to us as we love creating custom products for our customers! In addition, if there is a specific color or a stain not listed, we would be happy to try to accommodate your request if possible. Small fees may be required for these upgrades to cover the extra material we will have to purchase.
