How do I place an order?

Please carefully review the provided color/sizing charts for your chosen item before ordering. Then select your color & size choices and add personalization details if applicable. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Do you accept custom order requests?

I love custom orders! If you see a design you love, but would like to make any color/font/design changes, please reach out. I'm always happy to help you get exactly what you're looking for!

What exactly does POD or print-on-demand shop mean?

Print-on-demand or POD is a business model that allows an Etsy shop owner to create unique custom designs, while a professional print partner prints and ships the items. Each product is made to order, meaning each item is created after the order is placed. This allows for a wider range of designs/products to be offered, while reducing inventory waste & allowing for more time efficient order fulfillment.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to each item being made to order, I do not offer returns/exchanges at this time. However, if for some reason you are not 100% happy with your order, please reach out to me. Customer satisfaction is my top priority & I truly want you to love your purchase!

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Please message me with any issues with your order. If your package is lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, please contact me immediately so I can help to resolve the issue with my shipping provider. I will gladly offer a replacement item (free of charge to you) or a refund for lost or damaged items.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As each item is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days (M-F) for the printing of your items to be completed. Personalized orders may take additional time depending on my current order volume, as each custom order is completed by me. I am a one woman small shop & I do my absolute best to get your orders submitted to my printer in a timely manner! Depending on your location, allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. These times can be a bit longer during the busy holiday season (Nov-Dec). You should receive a tracking number to the email you provided to Etsy when your order ships out.

What is direct-to-garment or DTG printing?

Direct-to-garment or DTG printing is the process in which images and designs are printed directly onto fabric using inkjet technology. This allows for high-quality, vibrant prints with excellent durability over time when properly cared for.

What are the care instructions for my new shirt/sweatshirt?

It is generally recommended to wash garments inside out with like colors in cool water and tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean or bleach. Do not iron directly on printed area.
