May I change the shipping address?

Lost or Unclaimed Packages?

• If your package is not received within 30 days of postage and tracking number does not work it can be considered lost. • Any lost item claim form will be completed by us as the sender. • We insure all packages and will take responsibility for any claims. • A full refund or replacement can be made while any lost item claim is being processed. • If an item is returned unclaimed we will contact you in order to arrange re-delivery or discuss refund options. How do we handle shipping?

We currently ship Worldwide. Orders are generally shipped in 1-3 business days. We ship via FedEx and DHL. Deliveries are usually made in 3-5 business days to all locations in the U.S. and Europe, and 5-7 business days to Australia, New Zealand and most of Asia, Latin America and Africa. All items are fully insured against damage and loss. Please be informed that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Can I return the product? What is the return procedure?

Yes, we accept returns. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. If you prefer an exchange, the shipping cost for sending it back again is also yours. Additionally, if you are returning items from your country to Turkey, you should be aware that they will be subject to customs. Completing customs procedures in Turkey involves a fee of around $220, which is the responsibility of the sender (you)—in other words, the buyer.
