How do I access my digital prints?

Upon purchase, Etsy will send you an automated email with the download information to the email linked to your account. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. You may also try adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book. Alternatively, if you have an account with Etsy, you can click on 'Your account' (top right corner of the page), then ‘Purchases and reviews,' and then ‘Download Files’ (to the right of your order). You can also copy and paste this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Please make sure to use a computer (vs. the mobile app) to download your files, as Etsy does not allow downloads via mobile devices at this time.

If you paid via Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID and cannot locate your order, or did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt, please read below. When signing into Etsy through the app, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc, to keep your personal email private. In turn, you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it was sent to the randomly created email address. If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (Etsy.com - not the app), please reach out to me through Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

Where can I print my digital art?

I highly recommend a professional online print service such as: finerworks.com / mpix.com / posterjack.com But you can also print it at home or at your local/online print shop (affordable prices) such as Smallwoods, Staples, Office Max, Walmart, etc. Then supply jpg file in your desired size to the site you chose. ***Note that colors may look a bit different as seemed on your screen due to different color monitors and printers.

What paper should I use for printing?

For the most visually stunning final results we recommend to use thick high-quality paper (170-200 gsm or heavier - matte or semi-matte), photo paper, smooth card stock.

How should I choose which file to print for my frame size?

Don't worry, each purchase comes with a download instruction sheet that helps you choose the correct file for your size requirement. If you need more help, feel free to message me. Where do I find frames?

The frames used in our shop listings are product photos, and are not physical frames that are sold. However, the sites listed below offer printing and custom frame services, with beautiful frame collections. michaels.com / frameiteasy.com / framebridge.com / www.frameusa.com You can also find wooden frames at affordable prices on walmart or ikea online. I recommend searching oak wood frames because they are more durable than other types of wood.

Can I use your artwork for commercial use?
