Item highlights
Seller's description
Beautiful Miniature-Series Ceramics plate by one of the finest shapers of all time. Gunnar Nylund worked at Rörstrand from the 1930s until the late 1950s and became their creative head and design leader. He is one of the most influential European heads of the ceramics design and moved Rörstrand into the modernism. Here we have one of his iconic miniature-series vases in matt - white feldspar glaze. The plate is shaped in a phantastic organic way and represents Nylunds work very well. The plate is stamped factory first and has only minimal signs of use. Very fine piece of Swedish mid-century pottery.
This is a vintage item.It has signs of usage, and patina. Please see the images for the condition. They are part of the description! Feel free to ask for more or additional images.
