These herbal capsules are an easy way to incorporate the benefits of herbs into your health regimen! There are 30 capsules per bag & each one contains a blend of Stinging Nettle (whole plant), Dandelion (whole plant) & Ashwagandha.
You can take 1-2 capsules per day for added nutrition & wellness.
There will be a bit of herbal powder on the outside of the capsules as well for better absorbtion.
These have absolutely no added fillers & are only a mixture of the dried herbs listed!

This herbal mix kicked in fast. Very soothing, healing, and relaxing. Highly recommend
3 things I noticed in my SELF after taking the capsules for 15 days (2 capsules per day): Well rested: As soon as my head hit the pillow I was asleep. & I woke up each day (before my alarm clock would go off) at 5a & sometimes 430a! I'm the person who needs the TV for noise otherwise my mind races with things I need to do, but that went away with these capsules! Energy: I could work throughout the day without feeling exhausted. & I NEVER had as many steps in one day before taking these capsules! Great spirits: Each day after waking up & having energy, I felt refreshed & HAPPY! I found my SELF finding joy in even the simplest things, like chores! Since I've run out of capsules, I've gone back to a sluggish state... These capsules truly worked wonders for me! I'm ordering more right now & I hope these are NEVER out of stock!
