In such cases, production may extend to 4–5 business days. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during these busy periods. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to prioritize your request and ensure timely delivery.

Q: What is the largest frame size you can make? A: We can create frames in virtually any size, including large frames! However, due to shipping limitations, particularly for international orders, we are restricted by the maximum size that can be safely shipped via postal services. If you need a frame larger than what is listed in our shop, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to discuss your specific requirements. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to return your order, please retain the original packaging and box, as they must be used for any returns. If the frame arrives damaged, we require photos of the item (full view and close-up of the damage), the box, and the packaging. Returns cannot be processed without these images and the original packaging. Please do not dispose of the packaging if there is an issue with your order. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If the item is damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is not damaged but the return is due to customer error (e.g. ordering the wrong size or item), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
