Why does the file I download appear in a compressed ZIP format, containing a Word document?

To ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed Etsy's size limit, I employ Google Drive as my preferred file storage and sharing service. Upon making a purchase on Etsy, your download will consist of a Word file containing a Google Drive link, allowing you to access and download the product seamlessly. Can I request customizations for your digital products?

At the moment, I do not offer customization services. However, I'm always open to suggestions for future products! Feel free to share your ideas with me.

Do you offer refunds for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided. But I will until it's not downloaded. However, if you encounter any issues with your files, please contact me, and I'll do my best to assist you.

Can I share the digital files with others?
