Description

Komatsuma is a sweet and easy baby green that's grown throughout Japan and Korea. It tastes like mild arugula with a hint of spinach - perfect in stir fry and salads. The glossy green leaves can be harvested at any stage and are ready to harvest 25 days after planting.

Vigorous, quick and easy to grow, Komatsuna thrives in cool weather, perfect for spring gardens. It gets spicier as the leaves mature - like spinach in the early stages, more like cabbage a month later. Scatter it between your peas and carrots and enjoy a bonus crop in a few weeks. 25 days for baby leaves. 55 days for mature plants.

We promise to offer fresh, top quality seeds from growers we know and trust. All seed is tested for purity, germination and vigor before being offered for sale. We do not sell hybrid or genetically modified seed.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Let us know if there are any problems and we will make things right.

Many of our seeds are rare and require special treatment. We provide germination guidance and recommend you research exotic seeds before ordering. Because we are not there to plant them, we cannot be responsible for germination failure due to improper planting or climate conditions. Please do your homework.
