Waited for over a month and never received my item. I reached out to the seller multiple times for updates but got no proper response. There was also no offer of any alternative solution or support. I requested a refund twice with no reply and eventually had to escalate it to Etsy for help. Really disappointing — I was genuinely looking forward to receiving it because it looked so beautiful.
