UPDATE: Customer Service reached out to me and issued a refund. Thank you! I didn’t get to use this for my annual PJ’s & Prosecco Christmas party. I was really bummed that I spent the money on tinsel backdrop and got ready to assemble the balloons and few of the letters had leaks!
