We do recommend taking off your jewelry when swimming, gardening, doing contact sports, seriously messy cooking, and moving heavy objects.

All handmade orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.Once your package leaves our workshop, delivery takes 2-4 business days

Items was delivered but not received

We are not responsible for packages that have been stolen or that state delivered and signed for on the tracking to the correct address but are not received. We send all packages tracked and signed for with a tracking number for you to follow. If your item states it has been delivered and we have sent it to the address that was attached to your order then it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the postal company. Our profits go towards our rescue animals and refunding packages that states delivered takes away our profit as we cannot claim it back.

Wrong shipping address

Unfortunately, once an item has shipped we can not change the delivery address. We also cannot refund or cancel an order once this happens. On the occasions where the package is returned to sender, we can send it back on to the correct address, providing you pay the postage again.

My package got returned to sender

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed we will refund for the item only. We can send the package back to you if you wish, but you will be required to pay the postage cost.

My item has broke. Can I have a replacement or a refund?

We can only offer a refund or replacement within 1 week of you receiving your order. Since crystals are energy pieces there is no time guarantee but we are willing to take accountability for a fault within 1 week as this means it was a mistake on our behalf.
