Why aren't all my items in one package?

We use multiple print providers and chances are you will receive more than one parcel. However, we usually let you know in a message, and it will be reflected in the shipping details with multiple tracking links here on ETSY.

Where do you ship from? What about import fees?

USA: Everything is printed and embroidered locally! Printed Items: We print and ship directly from the EU, USA, UK and Australia. Canada orders are shipped from the US. (For example: You are in the US; the product listing says it ships from the EU; it will ship from the US.) You are responsible for import duties and fees. Embroidered items are shipped with DDP (delivery-duty-paid) to the EU so no import-fees for you! Everything is available in the US. EU customers: Sadly we have no control of the location of production so it might ship from overseas USA. We know for certain Comfort Color shirts and Sweatshirts in ash and chocolate brown are shipped from the US.

Please refer to the size charts provided in the individual item listings, as different brands that I sell are sized differently. Using a measuring tape (from armpit to armpit) and the numbers provided is the best way to ensure you get the fit you want! GIFTING We cannot offer gift wrapping or gift messages at this stage. Sorry!

T-shirts and crewnecks are direct-to-garment printed. They are not vinyl printed or appliqué. Images on the listings are mockups, you can expect some slight variation in the sizing of the design and the intensity of the colors. For sizes greater than L, designs are NOT scaled up proportionally to the shirt dimensions, so they may appear smaller. I use a printing company to print the shirts and ship them to you. If something looks wrong with your item's quality, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.

In the odd case that there is a print error, defect, stain, or mismatched product, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product immediately. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is any error/defect, we will send you out a replacement immediately FREE OF CHARGE. You can also opt for a FULL REFUND.

Please contact me if this issue arises and I will send you a replacement package. In cases where an order is sent back to me because the shipping carrier is unable to deliver it for any reason, the buyer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the correct delivery address with a valid contact number.

Incorrect Address/ Address Change Request

Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once in production. Replacements can be purchased for full price. Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. We are unable to change the shipping address once you have placed your order as a protective policy. Please double check your address is correct, as we will send the package to that address. If you need to change the address, please send us a message within 1 hour of purchase.
