Custom and personalized orders

We generally do not offer customizations for most items. Customized items cannot be returned and may cost extra.

If you want an item that is smaller than listed, we generally have to cut down standard sized lumber which means it costs us the same to product than our smallest sized option. We can't offer a smaller customization for cheaper than our smallest standard option. Nor can we offer a larger customization for the same price as our largest standard sized item. Due to the handmade nature of our items, widths can vary up to 2" from the selected width.

Wholesale availability

We love wholesale and bulk orders. Please contact us for available discounts.

All wood items require ongoing maintenance and care. We recommend monthly oil based polishing and cleaning with a light detergent or water only.

Please reach out to us with any questions regarding your order. To start the process: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery on our Contact Us page. Shipping items back must be within 7 calendar days of delivery, unless noted otherwise. In most cases, once the order is processed, all sales are final. We are committed to your satisfaction, so we guarantee the quality and style of your furniture, but don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order. We ship with FedEx to the lower 48 states. Our local-based philosophy means we do not ship internationally. Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason. Applicable items may be eligible for a replacement or exchange. Restocking fee is 20%-50%.

We will help with any obvious shipping damage to your item. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, and also the contents, if you notice any damage, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with a possible product repair, part replacement, or exchange. Minor scratches, nail holes, wood knots, and joint gaps less than 1/4" in width are consistent with reclaimed furniture and will not constitute damage. Items made with reclaimed wood have several natural inconsistencies in color, grain, and appearance. Since each piece is custom-made, there may be some deviation between the store image and the item delivered to you.

We stand by our rock solid wood. That’s why we have a lifetime warranty. If the seams of your item separates by more than 1/4”, we will replace it. We do not cover damage caused by sunlight, wear and tear, scratches after delivery, or wood rot or bug infestations caused after delivery. Any outdoor use voids the warranty. Warranty is not transferable.

This hand carved wood live edge coffee table is a full 2” thick and shows several hues of honey, gold, brown, and chocolate making it versatile in virtually any living room. This forms part of our Matthew collection which has matching items below.

🌲 This table is made with FSC certified pine sourced from sustainable forestries. We do not import from the Amazon or any unidentified sources in South America or Asia.

*PLEASE NOTE: Each piece is unique due to the live-edge nature of this design, and will naturally vary in grain and exact shape. Please request photos at checkout if you would like photos for approval prior to shipping. Otherwise, please expect to receive a beautifully unique item.

Important: The table top and legs are shipped separately, and basic assembly is required. As this is a multi part shipment, some packages may arrive a day or two earlier than others. Since this item is made with reclaimed wood there is a possibility that the seam may appear to show a settling crack on arrival or a few weeks after delivery. This is normal and non-structural. We will provide a free repair kit to fill any minor cracks in the seam. Pilot holes for leg placement are not pre-drilled, and pre-drilling is not suggested. Screws and instructions are provided. Due to this being a solid wood product, a power tool for secure attachment is always recommended.

We find the 24 x 36 table to be a bit tipsy. Small babies trying to lift themselves up from the floor might experience the table tipping on them. (might) Overall the table is beautiful and we recommend.
