♥These shirts run true to size, but might be slightly larger on women. Please refer to the size chart. For a trendy, oversized look, it's best to go up a size.

• CARE & WASHING•
♥ Machine wash warm, turning sweatshirt inside out. Tumble dry on low to no more than medium heat. However, hand dry works best. Don't iron nor dry clean.

• 14 DAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY •
♥ Since all of our products are made with our print partners made-to-order and given our print partners' return/exchange policy, we only do returns/exchanges on any misprints/poor print quality, items not received/lost in delivery, or damaged items. Although we wish to expand to include returns/exchanges for change of heart in size and color, we're unable to at this time for that aforementioned reason.
♥ For this reason, we have a 6 hour cancelation policy in case of any mistakes made regarding selecting the wrong size and/or color. Please see our FAQ which details our returns/exchanges policy, which is on our main page and in all of our Etsy product listings.

• PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES •
♥ Our items are individually handcrafted with care for each of our buyers. So, our typical processing time for our unisex tshirts and tees can take up to 7 business days (depending on order volume) plus shipping time, which can be affected by covid. However, on average, it usually takes 2-4 business to process before shipment.
♥ Due to the fact we contract with various print facilities to ship our products, your order may arrive in more than one package if you order 2 or more items in our shop.
♥ Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
