Returns & Exchanges Policy You may request a return or exchange, and the product must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the veil must be completely unused and in its original condition. I do not accept returns of worn veils. If the veil shows any signs of use, it will not be eligible for a refund. Any signs of use — including but not limited to perfume scent, makeup traces, stains, dirt, dust, deodorant marks, hair, pet hair, damage, wrinkles from use, alterations, or any other indication. Please note: • Returns are not accepted for items that have already been reviewed, as reviews reflect a completed customer experience. • Used or worn items are not eligible for exchange.
