PRINTING DETAILS

• Designs are professionally printed and heat-applied to the garment.

• Single-color designs are generally printed in black on light-colored apparel and white on dark-colored apparel unless the listing photos show otherwise or you request another available option in the Personalization box.

• Some multicolor designs are better suited to certain garment colors. Dark design elements may not be visible on dark apparel, and light design elements may not be visible on light apparel.

• Glitter, metallic, foil, embroidery, sequin, distressed, or textured effects shown within a design are digitally printed effects unless the listing specifically states that specialty materials or embroidery are used. No actual glitter, foil, sequins, rhinestones, or embroidery will be applied.

• Printed colors may vary slightly from the colors displayed on your screen.

SIZING INFORMATION

Our apparel has a unisex fit unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Please use the size chart shown in the listing images before selecting your size. Do not rely only on the size you normally wear, as sizing can vary between apparel styles.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process. If you prefer an oversized fit, consider ordering one or more sizes up based on the size chart.

PERSONALIZATION

• Enter personalization exactly as you want it printed, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and numbers.

• Personalization is case-sensitive and will be printed as submitted unless the design format requires a specific capitalization style.

• Longer names or phrases may be resized to fit the design area.

• If the Personalization box is used only to confirm design details, please follow the instructions shown in the listing.

• Requests entered in the Personalization box must relate to the options offered in the listing. Please contact us before ordering if you would like a change that is not shown.

• A proof is not provided unless requested before production or specifically included with the listing.

• Once production has started, personalization, size, color, design, or address changes may not be possible.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Turn the garment inside out before washing.

• Machine wash in cold water with similar colors.

• Use mild detergent.

• Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry for longer-lasting results.

• Do not dry clean.

• Do not iron directly over the printed design.

• Avoid high heat, as it may damage the print or garment.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

• Processing time is generally 1–3 business days but may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

• Processing time and shipping time are separate.

• The estimated delivery date shown by Etsy is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

• Orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping has begun.

• Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier if you cannot locate it.

• Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Every item is made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size, color, apparel type, or design option selected by the buyer

• Personalized or customized items

• Change of mind

• Delivery delays outside the seller’s control

Cancellations may be accepted only if production has not started. Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through Etsy Messages and include clear photos of the item, the design, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Please monitor your Etsy Messages after ordering. If we do not receive the information needed to complete your order within three business days, we may produce the item using the information provided, extend the processing time, or cancel and refund the order, depending on the issue.
