Description

Grape Vine Wedding Invitation — An elegant invitation for a rustic vineyard wedding. A silhouette of a grape vine in a faded sage green cascades down the right hand side of the invitation. Couples names are in an elegant script with invitation wording in a sans-serif font, both in dark gray. Ampersand is in a sage green. Invitation is mounted on a dark gray pocket fold. The pocket fold contain four card enclosures that you can customize to your needs. Each card enclosure repeats the grape vine silhouette. The pocket fold is held closed with burlap belly band adding that rustic touch. Invitation measures 5 x 7 and uses an A7 envelope.

Pocket fold and ink colors can be customized to match your event colors.

Invitation orders will be considered RUSHED if they are needed within a 2 week or less turnaround, and a week or less on other stationery products. Rush orders will be accepted depending on availability and the complexity of the project. A charge of 20% will be added to your order total. Rush orders are paid in full at the time the order is placed.

If I have not started on your order, your deposit may be refunded. Once work has started on your order, deposits are non-refundable. You are responsible for your deposit and any materials (paper, ribbon, etc.) that have been purchased. Because of the personalization of invitations and some stationery products, orders are non-refundable. I make every effort to assure your fully happy with the final product. If I have made an error, I will do my best to correct the situation to your satisfaction.

Due to the nature of my business, products may vary slightly from one to another since they are handcrafted and hand-assembled. I cannot accept returns based on color. I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of my products that appear on my site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Also, colors can change slightly on press, that is the nature of the printing business. However, I always approve color on press before your full print run to ensure accuracy. I may offer you replacements if you are not happy with your order. This will be based on a case by case scenario. Samples of most of my designs are available for purchase in my Etsy Store. This way you can see the colors, printing and paper quality in person.

{ PROOFING }
It is very important that you thoroughly read your proofs prior to signing for approval. Once final approval is given, Willow Glen waives responsibility for any errors including typesetting, format, grammar, spelling, punctuation or otherwise. If you should choose to reprint after final approval is given, you will be responsible for all costs for production and printing.

Shipping policies

You will be notified when your order is ready and has shipped. All shipping and postage will be assumed by the client.

Standard shipping service is via USPS.
Samples and tags are shipped via 1st Class Mail (ship time, on average: 3-7 days). All large quantity orders (invitations, thanks you's, menu's, etc.) are ship via Priority Mail, which includes Insurance and Delivery Confirmation (ship time, on average: 2-3 days). If you prefer another shipping method, I am happy to accommodate. Hand-delivery may be possible to certain local Connecticut and New York areas.

While packages usually arrive much sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery and 6 weeks for international delivery before looking into nondelivery. Willow Glen is not responsible for packages that are lost or destroyed through the mailing process. All Priority orders do receive insurance coverage. I will be happy to file an insurance claim on any lost or damage package — from there we can work on replacing your order. Thank you for understanding.

Please remember that shipping around the holiday season can be very unpredictable and Priority upgrades are recommended to ensure fast delivery times.
