Do You Offer Custom and Personalized Orders?

We proudly specialize in personalization. For individual orders, we offer laser engraving with initials, names, or logos for a precise and lasting finish. For bulk and corporate orders, we provide the option of traditional debossing, a premium technique that uses a custom metal die to press your design into the leather for a timeless, tactile impression. All customizations are performed in-house to ensure exceptional quality

Can You Provide Gift Wrapping and Packaging?

How do I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, before it is processed by our warehouse. After that time, we cannot make changes or cancel shipments already in transit. How do I care for my leather item?

To keep your leather bag or accessory looking its best, we recommend applying a leather conditioner every six months. Conditioning helps maintain softness, prevent cracking, and enhance the natural patina over time. We also offer our own Leather Conditioning Kit, specially formulated with natural ingredients, designed to nourish and protect your Yukon Bag for years to come.

What is Crazy Horse Leather?

Crazy horse leather is a premium leather, considered the strongest and most durable type of leather available. Made from 100% authentic cowhide, it is carefully treated with natural waxes that enhance its strength, create water resistance, and give it a distinctive vintage look. This leather is buffed and polished by hand, allowing the wax to highlight its natural fibers. Over time, it develops a rich patina, meaning every scratch or mark enhances its character rather than damaging it. Traditionally used in saddlery for its toughness and beauty, crazy horse leather has been valued for centuries. With proper care and conditioning every few months, a crazy horse leather bag can accompany you for a lifetime of use and adventures.

Honestly, I've bought a few things from this store now and I'm always impressed with the quality of the products, the packaging and the service across the board. It's a store clearly run by people who have put their heart into what they do... Other stores, take notes. Thank you!
