Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and photos (if applicable), and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Made-To-Order Policy:

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal:

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day return period in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Accidental Orders: Please contact us within 3 hours of purchase for a full cancellation and refund.
Size & Color Changes: Requests for size or color changes must be made within 3 hours of ordering. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be applied, as production may have already started.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been shipped, any delivery delays or issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We will, of course, assist you where possible in resolving these issues.

Sizing Disclaimer:

Each item is custom-made, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing due to customer selection.
Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
If the item you receive differs from the listed size chart by more than 1 inch, please contact us with a photo of the item laid flat alongside a measuring tape.
In such cases, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
