~ Use and Seller’s Recommendation ~

A health office visit log sheet is useful for multiple reasons. Your computer dies, the WiFi is out, your sub needs a way to chart visits. A major reason I often use these is when my health office becomes so busy that I do not have time to enter each student’s digital profile to chart on them. Therefore, I use these log sheets as a tool to take notes on visits to then enter into “PowerSchool” or “Infinite Campus” after the office slows down. I find that when I use this method, I am able to run my office more efficiently and see students quickly. I then do not have a line out of my door because I would be taking too long to chart on each child in the computer.

Lastly, I am more detailed and thoughtful of my charting when using the log sheets rather than documenting in a hectic environment, while still seeing students. Using this form allows for more accurate and precise charting when you are juggling multiple tasks at once.
