How long will it take my order to arrive?

Processing time varies depending on the item so please see our shop announcement to see our current processing times. There is also a postal transit time at play, which depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. ALL OUR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON TIME, WITHIN THE STATED PROCESSING TIME

Is delivery date guaranteed?

Unfortunately, we have no control over packages once shipped and for that reason we CANNOT estimate or guarantee delivery dates. Postal transit times depend entirely on the postal carrier.

Which carrier do you use to ship your orders?

We ship all our items via USPS. A tracking number is provided for every order.

Do you offer proofs for every order?

To keep our processing time short and our prices reasonable, digital proofs of personalized items are sent upon request only. Requested proofs are sent within 1-2 days AFTER the purchase is made, via Etsy message.

Do you make custom designs?

While we can customize the text on most of our items, we are not taking orders for custom designs. We hope you find something you love in our shop.
