The quality was poor, the case was nowhere near the color they displayed (plum looked dark brown), the shop owner took no responsibility for my concerns and only offered a $7 shipping refund but then asked me to pay for shipping to return the item. Worst customer service I’ve ever had from an Etsy seller.
