🌿 HOW TO ORDER
Each portrait is carefully designed just for you. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
STEP 1 – Select Your Product
• Choose either a Framed or Unframed option from the dropdown menu.

STEP 2 – Personalization Details
In the personalization box, please include:
• Your exact wording (spelling and punctuation will be used as provided)
• Request or opt out of receiving a proof before printing
✨ A Few Important Notes
• Proof requests must be made in the personalization box to ensure nothing is missed
• If a proof is not requested, your artwork will be finalized and printed as ordered
• Proofs and Edits will delay the original ETA
• Emojis cannot be printed and will not be included
• We use your text exactly as written—please review carefully before submitting

Proof Process
• Includes up to two complimentary revisions after the initial proof
• Additional changes beyond your original request may require a design fee
• Revisions may add 1–3 business days to production
• If approval is not received within one business day, we will move forward with printing and packaging to meet production timelines (edits requested after this will require purchase of an additional print)

(IF APPLICABLE)
STEP 3 – Upload Your Photo during checkout
• Please upload your photo at checkout or attach it via Etsy Messages
• For best results, we recommend a high-resolution photo, as print quality reflects the image provided (we will use the image that is sent in however it looks)

STEP 4 – Proof & Delivery
• Proofs (if requested) are sent via Etsy Messages, Monday–Thursday (excluding holidays)
• Once approved, your portrait ships within 1–2 business days
• Orders without a proof request will ship by the marked due date
• Proofs and edits will delay the original ETA

🤍 Final Notes
• Each portrait is created from the submitted image(s) only
• Photo changes after a proof is sent may require an additional fee
• Once printed and/or shipped, changes are no longer possible
• Please note, we do not communicate via email! We only communicate via Etsy messages, where your proof or mockup will be submitted as well.
• ETA at check out reflects the date without a proof

-- Send Your Photo as Final --
Please, if you're able, and if applicable, send your image exactly as you would like it printed, including your desired orientation and color. We design directly from the photo you provide.
• Requests such as cropping adjustments, black & white conversions, or object removal may require an additional design fee
• One photo, unless the portrait style shows otherwise, is used per portrait

-- Photo Quality Matters --
For the best result, we recommend a high-resolution image. Details such as lighting, shadows, low image quality, or blocked elements will appear in the final artwork.

-- Questions Before Sending? --
If you have any questions about photo quality or potential edits, please message us before sending your image so we can confirm what changes are possible.
