This DIY printable wedding invitation sets the mood for fall with flowing leaves and a leaf monogram. Perfect for a fall wedding! Customize it with your choice of wording as well as fonts and colors that match your wedding palette. Complete your suite with matching program and menu (see separate listings).

This listing is for a digital file of the invitation and response card only. No physical items will be received. Use the files to print as many invitations and response cards as you like. Print them at home or at a local or online printer.

What you will receive:
1. A high resolution PDF file with two 5”x7” invitations on one 8.5”x11” sheet. Trim mark guidelines will be included so you can cut out your invitations.
2. A high resolution PDF file with four 3.5”x4.875” response cards on one 8.5”x11” sheet. Trim mark guidelines will be included so you can cut out your response cards.

These templates will be best if you plan on printing at home or at a local printer.

- Bride and Groom's first name, middle name (optional), last name
- Wedding date (include day of the week, date and year)
- Time of wedding
- Location of wedding (include venue name, street, city and state)

For the response card:
- RSVP reply by date
- Menu choices (if applicable – these can easily be added if desired)

Wording:
If you would like different wording than what is shown in this listing, please provide and be as specific as possible with spacing, punctuation, etc.

Sizing:
Please note any size changes that may be needed if you are:
- Printing the cards on a pre-cut stock
- Using a printer online (online printers often have their own templates that need to be used for setting up files)
- Trimming the cards to a different size other than what is listed above
