I ship all my items through USPS First Class unless a shipping upgrade is purchased during or after checkout. Each item will have a tracking number. I include insurance on all orders, in case of lost or damaged packages in the mail.

I ship in size #000 (4x6) bubble envelopes to US orders, and size #0 (5x7) to international orders. Priority mail ships in USPS provided Priority boxes or envelopes.

First Class mail generally takes 3-6 shipping days for continental US orders; Alaska and Hawaii may be closer to 6-7 shipping days.

International orders - please expect at least 10 days for Canada, 12-14 days for Europe (excluding Italy), and 14-20 days for everywhere else, as a minimum for shipping days. Shipping may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on your location and customs processes. I am not responsible for any additional costs from customs processing.

PLEASE double check your address upon checkout! If an order is shipped to the incorrect address without the buyer contacting me first to change it, and the item is returned to me, it is the buyer's responsibility to purchase new shipping.

Invoices are not included in any order, as they can be viewed online and saving paper means saving trees! :)

6-8 business days is my usual processing time, but it may be longer if I have a surplus of orders. If you need an item shipped the next day after purchase, please purchase my "rush order" add-on for $5, under the section "Gift Wrap/Rush/Shipping." Only two rush order's are available per day.
***Christmas season rush orders (from Thanksgiving Day-Christmas Day) are $10 a piece, not $5. This is due to the extremely high volume of orders I receive, so please order your gifts in advance to avoid having to purchase a rush order.

*Please note: purchasing an upgraded shipping option does NOT upgrade you to a rush order. Your order will fall in the normal production time listed at the top of my shop announcements, unless a rush order is purchased additionally.

All items ship from the United States.

All items ship in a zipped, clear plastic jewelry bag, unless jewelry box, organza bag, or lace burlap bag is added to your purchase. These items may be found under the "Gift Wrap/Rush/Shipping."

The shipping cost includes the cost of actual shipping, the package I ship it in, other shipping costs (tape, ink, paper, etc.), as well as insurance on your package. Shipping is not a negotiable cost unless you're ordering multiple items from my shop, since the shipping cost posted is the base cost to pay for everything that I listed.

I do not ship to unconfirmed addresses unless told to by the buyer, and if the package is unable to be delivered and returned to me, then it is the buyers responsibility to purchase new shipping and provide a different shipping address.

If the package is lost or marked as delivered but has not been delivered, I will need a new, different address to ship to. I will not ship to an address that has previously been shipped to but the item was not received.

If there is any damage, loss of items, etc, that happens during a customs process, I am not responsible for the loss or damage. It is your responsibility as the buyer to know your country's customs laws, and to contact your customs office if damage or loss does occur in the shipping process.

FAQs:

Can my item be stamped on the back?
Unfortunately I cannot stamp on the back of any of my items. The stamping is clearly shown on the other side, and ruins the effect of the entire piece.

Since you can’t stamp on the back, can you stamp extra on the front?
Yes! I regularly stamp dates, initials, and more on the front of all of my pieces. Please visit my Instagram @classycraftsbyash or the shop updates on my Etsy page to see examples.

Can I change the quote on the item I want to purchase?
Yes! As long as it will fit on the piece I am making, I can stamp anything you want me to. If it is something that would definitely fit, please order through the regular listing and simply include in the “notes to seller” the changes you would like to be made. I may need to change your font choice, but you will be informed of that if it needs to happen. If you don't think it would fit, please send me a message and we can go from there!

Does changing what is stamped cost extra?
No! As long as it is all on one piece, there is no additional charge for adding something to be stamped or changing the quote. What I do occasionally is add small circle or heart tags with initials or dates to keychains, which are $2 each or $4 for a set. This would require setting up a custom order, so please message me if that is what you would like to do.

I wanted to purchase Item X, but now it says it is sold out. Can I still purchase this item?
Usually, yes! My most popular items like the puzzle piece keychain set, long distance keychain set, and peas in a pod keychain set can sell out again within minutes of relisting them, especially during the Christmas season. I recommend checking back every hour or so; usually, you can catch it as available to purchase!

Shipping/Production Time Questions:

When will my item be shipped/When will I receive my item?
My production time varies, and during the holiday season I usually need two weeks to complete an order. Depending on your shipping time, you could receive it 2-6 days after being shipped, or 12-18 days after if you are international. Please visit your receipt under the “purchases and reviews” tab on Etsy to see your ship-by date. My Christmas arrival deadline guide is under my “Shop Announcements” on the main page of my shop.

I waited too long and I have passed the Christmas deadline. What can I do?
My rush orders upgrade your production time to 1 business day, and I offer (3) rush orders per day during Christmastime (beginning 12/1) that are $8 each. You may visit this link to purchase one:

How long does shipping take?
I am located in NC, so depending on your location, First Class mail generally takes 3-6 days for US customers, and 12-18 days for international. Priority shipping is 2-3 days for US, and 6-8 days for international. Express shipping (only offered to US customers) is 1 or 2 day delivery; if you are on the West Coast or HI/AK, it will probably still be 2 days.

I accidentally put the wrong address in to be shipped to. Can I change this?
If I have not shipped your item yet, then please message me with the correct address to ship it to, and I will make a private note on your order to change your shipping address. If you have already received a shipping notification, then unfortunately it is too late for me to change it, unless you contact me in the first hour of receiving your notification since I most likely have not dropped it off yet. Please refer to my policies for orders that have been shipped to the incorrect address.

My order seems to be lost in the mail; it hasn’t moved/been scanned and I haven’t received it. What should I do?
I include insurance on all of my packages, so if it is actually lost in the mail, I will file an insurance claim and remake your order. Filing a claim can only be done if it hasn’t moved for over a week, so please respond to me again if you think your item is lost. It is not unusual for a couple days to go by without tracking since my packages are small, but if more than 4 consecutive days without being tracked go by, please definitely contact me!


Jewelry Care Information:

Every metal I sell is a soft metal, so always use polish gently. I recommend using a pad or cloth meant specifically for polishing jewelry, and always an approved cleaning substance.

I cannot stamp on the back of any of my pieces. Hand stamping is often confused with engraving which only scratches the surface of one side - stamping is done with a long metal stamp, that I hammer into the metal. This creates an indentation into the metal, which is visible on the opposite side of the stamping.
