All items are my own designs and are handmade to order by me. Therefore, each make is unique and has its own character. I cannot guarantee the exact fabric shade, facial expression, beak shape or size as represented on the listing photo (these are for illustrative purpose only). Also, colours and fabric sizes differ slightly from batch to batch. If you are very specific on the design, please let me know the details in a note to seller or send me a direct message. I am always happy to chat.

Returns due to non delivery

If your order is returned to me due to non-delivery i.e. wrong address given at check out or it has not been collected / signed for / claimed for, I will be more than happy to resend, but the Buyer is responsible for covering the additional shipping cost. Alternatively, your order will be cancelled and refunded (less the original shipping charge) as soon as I receive the item back.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my makes come in a biodegradable packaging (wrapped in brown paper and recycled plastic bag for outer protection). You can also purchase extra gift wrapping and have your order sent directly to the recipient. It will come in a brown cardboard box wrapped in tissue paper and handwritten card. Don't forget to leave the wording for your personal message.

Sizes are approximate and given with the seam allowance (+/- 3cm) Most items can be made to your desirable size, i.e. standard minky blanket is 100x70cm but can be made to any size (maximum width 145cm and any length: 100cm 150cm 200cm etc) The final measurements of the product given are approximate and vary from batch to batch. Please also note +/- 3cm seam allowance in some cases.

Gorgeous pillow! The fabric is so soft and the filling is so squishy and comfortable for both me and my baby. I have been bringing this everywhere, I am new to breastfeeding and this helps me get comfortable if I have to feed in the car or somewhere without pillows/other support. Thinking of getting another one as it's so handy! Arrived beautifully packaged and really quick too, 10/10 for everything
