Processing & Shipping

All orders ship within 3–5 business days, as stated on each listing. Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx and include tracking information. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control. Because each physical order is laser cut specifically for you, Woodland Ridge Laser does not accept returns or exchanges on DIY kits, blanks, or custom cut items. All physical product sales are considered final. Due to the nature of digital products, all SVG files, digital downloads, and design file purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or canceled after purchase.
