HOW IT WORKS

Once you've purchased the templates on Etsy, follow these steps to access and download the files:

DOWNLOAD FROM PURCHASE CONFIRMATION PAGE: • After completing your purchase, stay on the confirmation page. • Click "Download Files" to start downloading your template links.

ACCESSING FILES IN YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT (alternative method): • Log in to your Etsy account and navigate to the "Purchases" tab here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. • Download your purchased files from this page.

GUEST PURCHASES: • If you purchased as a guest, Etsy will send an automated email with your download links. • Ensure your email address is entered correctly. • Check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for the email. Your files will not appear in your Etsy account if you purchased as a guest.

DOWNLOADING ON MOBILE: • Download links are only accessible through web browsers, not the Etsy app. • Use a web browser on your mobile device and follow the steps above to download your files.

USING CANVA: • After downloading the files, click on the template link to open it in Canva. • If you don’t have a Canva account, you'll be prompted to sign up. The free version is sufficient for editing.

EMAIL ADDRESS AND APPLE ID: • Make sure your Etsy account email is up to date before purchasing. • Avoid using Apple ID to log in, as it may cause issues with receiving your files. If you have any problems, feel free to contact me for assistance. • Please note that I do not email files directly—Etsy automates the delivery process.
