Description

Nice older piece in nice condition on the inside, and just enough patina on the outside to make it older looking. Brass handles, stainless interior. The interior of the lid is satin looking and I don't know if it's stainless or tin or aluminum, or even a miss mated lid. It fits a little too tight too, which makes me wonder if it is the original and where it is squeezed into the pan there are scuff marks on the pan from it being necessary to put a little effort into inserting it. But it does eventual fit, very snuggly. I probably wouldn't recommend doing that because you could have an accident trying to pull it apart when there is something hot in it.

It looks a lot like all-clad, but the walls are a bit thinner and the weight is lighter. It has some pitting and scuffs and all that aging to the exterior which give it character. and the inside shows use but I think in very good condition for an old, used piece. The yellow you see in the interior photo is not the color of the pan but a reflection of light. The inside is a pure, shiny stainless. Again, the lid has a different finish and may not be stainless.

Measures about 8" in diameter and 3 5/8" tall just to the rim, not including the lid. I think it is a 5 quart or so, but am not certain. This looks like it was a very high quality piece, despite the fact it is unmarked. And because of that, I really can;t say what the core is made of, probably aluminum or maybe steel.

I don't do returns or exchanges, but feel free to convo questions or concerns.
