Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery? 1.

1.1. The Buyer acknowledges that, among other things, it is not possible to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for the supply of goods which have been modified according to the Buyer's wish or for himself, as well as with other goods, which the Buyer removed from the package and for hygienic reasons, it cannot be returned if they have broken their original packaging. 1.2. Unless the case referred to in paragraph 1.1 or any other case where the Purchase Contract cannot be withdrawn, the Buyer - Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract in accordance with Section 1829 (1) of the Civil Code within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods.

1.3. The Seller is entitled to unilaterally set off the claim for compensation of damage incurred to the Goods against the Buyer's claim for refund of the purchase price. 1.4. If a gift is provided to the Buyer together with the goods, the gift contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded with the proviso that if the Buyer withdraws from the Purchase Contract, the gift contract for such a gift ceases to be effective. 1.5. The Seller may charge the Buyer in connection with the return of the goods and refunds, the original shipping cost to deliver the order.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

ioola studio is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, stolen or marked as delivered but the customer does not have the package-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount. Do you send mockups before you ship items? Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. It is not possible to withdraw as all items are made to order, non-resalable and are discarded in 30 days if returned. What if I don't respond to my photo proof? If we do not get a response on approvals of proofs of custom orders, we will wait for 1 week and then make the order and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can not hold orders beyond a certain date.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach on time. If your order did not reach on time, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

Can production delays occur?

All items are made to order and enter production after purchase. While most orders are completed within the estimated processing time, occasional production issues may occur that require correction, replacement, or reprinting to meet our quality standards. In such cases, production and shipment may be delayed beyond the original estimated timeline. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that made-to-order production timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Buyers should place orders well in advance of any event, holiday, or deadline. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned due to production delays resulting from quality control, manufacturing issues, or other circumstances related to the made-to-order production process.

A fixation agent, otherwise known as “pretreat,” is a liquid solution that’s applied before the ink to make sure that the ink stays on your product. Sometimes the pretreat residue may remain on the shirt after printing and cause a vinegar-like smell, but it comes out after washing it.
