Simple, easy-to-edit text format, whether you're about to write your first-ever GMP or just want to update and refresh your current one, this is the template for you. The template comes with a two-page guidance note for the users. As a bonus, the customers buying this template can also download a list of cosmetic ingredients and packaging suppliers to save time in searching for their future suppliers.
Our GMP template follows the ISO 22716 structure, guiding you through each chapter with generous comments and example phrases. The template covers scope, personnel-related matters, premises and equipment, materials, production and quality management matters, written from the perspective of a sole trader or a small business.
This template is suitable for sole traders and small businesses that want to sell their cosmetic product(s) in the EU or in the UK. Remember that you will need separate GMPs if selling the product in both the EU and UK markets - this template includes suitable wording options for both scenarios.
