Do you take custom or personalized orders?

Yes, I love creating personalized items. Many of my designs can be customized or used on other products (for example, turning a shirt design into a mug or magnet). I can also create a brand new just for you design with your vision. Just send me a message, I’m happy to help!

Can I request a design you don’t currently offer?

Definitely! If you’re looking for something specific, whether it’s a custom theme, name personalization, or a new product idea, I’d love to hear from you.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most handmade items (like coasters, magnets, engraved items ) ship within 1–3 business days. Apparel and embroidered items are made to order through a print partner and may take 3–6 business days to process before shipping. Items will vary, if you would like to know about a specific item just message me.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email from Etsy with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

How are your shirts and embroidered items made?

These items are fulfilled through a trusted print-on-demand partner to allow for a wider range of styles and sizes. I design everything myself, and they print and ship directly to you!

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Customer service is a top priority. If anything isn’t right with your order, please send me a message right away, I will make it right!
