As a small business owner, I can’t take responsibility for customs delays, fees, or other shipping issues. These situations can be frustrating, and I truly appreciate your understanding.
If a package is returned to me for any of the following reasons, the buyer will need to cover the return shipping costs:
• You're not happy with your purchase*
• No one was home to receive it
• It wasn’t picked up from the post office
• It was held at customs
• It arrived later than expected
• Customs fees or additional charges weren’t paid
*You can return or exchange an order within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure it's well packaged! If the pieces are broken during their journey back to me, I won't be able to issue a refund.
