DISPATCH TIMES AND SERVICE USED : All items are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment and will be sent by Royal Mail. The individual listing will detail the options available and in most cases this will be by TRACKED & SIGNED FOR SERVICE from the UK.

If you should need anything quicker than this, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you but please be aware that there will be additional costs for this.

**IMPORTANT SHIPPING REQUIREMENT** - IF YOU ARE AN OVERSEAS CUSTOMER AND THE ITEM IS SENT TRACKED, I WILL REQUIRE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR YOU FOR SHIPPING. This will be used by the delivery company to text you when your parcel is ready to be delivered to you. Please include this in the notes when you checkout.

There is a small additional amount added to the postage costs if you choose to purchase any additional items from my shop in the same transaction. PLEASE NOTE : The outer packaging is often new materials but it can also be good quality recycled boxes which I try to use as often as possible to help our environment. These boxes will have any labels removed. The items will be well packaged for their journey to you.
