Do you offer a shipping discount if I purchase multiple items?

Yes, we charge the base shipping for the first item and an extra .25 cents for each additional item on your order. For some heavier items, the additional item charge is .50 cents. We offer free shipping on orders over $35.

How quickly can I expect my order to be shipped from Hackberry Creek?

We understand that our customers are eager to get started on their next jewelry masterpiece, and we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are shipped within one business day of being placed, ensuring swift and efficient service. Once dispatched, your package will be handed over to The United States Postal Service, and the countdown to crafting begins!

Sometimes it is difficult to tell the size of our items from photographs alone. Please check the item details section of each listing for exact measurements. When in doubt, feel free to message us before purchasing.

Do you offer any discounts for large orders or first time customers?

Yes! Orders over $35 ship free automatically. We also run promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our shop for current offers. Returning customers receive an exclusive loyalty discount. If you've purchased from us before, check your Etsy messages for your personal thank you code.

What shipping options are available at Hackberry Creek, and how long do they take?

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs: Standard and Expedited. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for your package to arrive, while Expedited shipping takes approximately 2-3 days. Please choose the option that best fits your schedule and requirements.

What happens if my Hackberry Creek package is late or lost?

We carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely. Once your package ships, you'll receive tracking information to monitor its progress. If your package appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number. You're also covered by Etsy's Purchase Protection program — if something goes wrong with your order, Etsy has you covered. Visit your Etsy account or contact Etsy support to file a claim.
