RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations can ONLY be made within an hour of your order being placed. Each order is made-to-order and due to that nature, we can NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is if there is a quality error on our end. Please reach out to me if there is an issue with your item within 7 business days.

Please also make sure to double check your address. We have a very limited time (generally 1 hour) before a change can be made. We are working hard to make sure your item is shipped to you as quickly as possible.

The item came super fast, which was amazing! Unfortunately, there is a large air bubble and I wouldn’t recommend the white sage + lavender scent. It kind of smells like a fermented apple. I don’t regret buying it because I know my mom will think it’s funny, but I would recommend a different scent. There is also a huge air bubble in the back of the candle.
