How can I hang a cut-out sign?

Can you recommend the optimal sign size to order for my backdrop?

Yes, of course! Please send us a message with your backdrop dimensions and the sign you would like. I will then create a mock-up with the recommended size and send it to you.

Can I receive my order within a few days if I place it today?

I do not think so. Production will take 2-5 business days. And shipping will take few more days. So in average our customers receive their orders within 1-1.5 weeks. Your order will be shipped via UPS or FedEx carrier.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! All the products you see in our shop are designed by us, and we're happy to customize them or create a completely unique product tailored to your needs. Please note that, depending on our current workload, custom designs typically take between 1 to 3 days to prepare.

Can you use specific font and color for cut-out signs?

FONT -> We offer few standard fonts, but if you would like to use something else we can try to do that. We have very big font database although there are not included all existing fonts as there are millions of them. It will be easier to find and use your preferred font if you know it`s name or even better- if you can send this font to us. COLOR -> We offer more than 20 colors, if you want to have something else you can also purchase unfinished sign and paint in any color you want.

Can I order an unfinished cut-out sign and paint it myself?

Sure. I recommend to use spray paints for wooden surface (available in most construction and hobby shops)- they are easy to use and the outcome is very close to professionally painted signs. Apply it in several layers letting each layer to dry. For best result pait both sides- so inner edges will get paint from different directions and will be covered better.

Won`t the cut-out sign get damaged during transportation?

No, because we are packing decors very carefully. If the decor is damaged during transportation, we will make new one and send it again at our expense.
