I have been meditating just over a year now, on and off. I always struggle to be consistent, which I know is the key to achieve results. The other day I was looking for a meditation to help create abundance so we would be able to cash buy our next home. This would be an ideal option, as we've not been able to save for a deposit and won't be able to get long mortgage anymore, unless we want to work till we're 100! I have a couple of Joe Dispenza's meditations so I was looking on his website. While I do like his AM/PM set and have a few others, I don't enjoy the other ones. I asked ChatGPT for advise on which of his meditations to go for and finally narrowed it down to two. AI linked one of Kinga's YouTube videos as a testimonial. In the end I purchased two of hers and none of his!
