While we understand shoes need to be tried on, we advice you to try on shoes on carpet area and with clean foot. We will ONLY accept return item in original clean condition and accompanied by original invoice and tags MUST be attached (NO EXCEPTION). All products are FINAL SALE (No exception). Shipping fees (25$) are NOT refundable & customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us for more detailed exchange instructions. We accept returns and exchanges in its original unused conditions, with its packaging, if the item is returned no more than 14 days after delivery date. The cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility. Please use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Returns from the USA and out of Europe
If you wish to return your order from the USA, please kindly note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All returns must be shipped exclusively via FedEx. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent with any other courier.
I can provide you with a FedEx return label at the fixed cost of €50.
Alternatively, you are welcome to contact FedEx directly to request a return quote yourself. If you choose this option, please let me know in advance so I can provide you with all the necessary customs and shipping details to ensure smooth clearance in Greece.
In all cases, it is essential that you:
Include all the original shipping documents inside the parcel.
Attach one copy clearly on the outside of the box.
Notify me with the tracking number immediately after shipping so I can arrange the re-importation process with Greek customs.
