𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐤𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. Locate your Etsy profile photo in the upper right of your screen. Click that photo to bring up a menu of account options.
2. Click “Purchases and Reviews” from that menu.
3. Click on “Download files” button to the right of your purchase details.

𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
It’s typically not possible to locate your downloads on a Smartphone using the Etsy app. However, I have had luck doing so by using my Smartphone’s internet browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, etc.) instead of the app. Follow the instructions below to do so:

1. Open your internet browser on your Smartphone and sign into your Etsy account (not the Etsy app).
2. Click your Etsy profile picture (upper right of screen on desktop view).
3. Click “Purchases and Reviews” from this pop-up menu.
4. Click the actual image, or purchase details (not the link to the store), to take you to the purchase details.
5. Scroll down and click the “Download files” button.

If you’d like to request a custom size, please message me prior to purchasing your print to confirm that it can be resized to your desired dimensions. If so, I'm happy to provide a custom size with your purchase at no additional cost.

Though I recommend printing from a professional print lab for best results, you may print wherever you choose after you’ve downloaded your images.

I recommend printing with a 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞 finish if you're able to. Art prints with matte finishing have a deeper, more textured look, complementing your art well.

Please keep in mind that final print colors may vary as not all screens, monitors, and printers are calibrated alike.
