FROGS IN TEACUPS!!! 🐸🫖 Each design features frogs and their floral teacups, taking a soak, smelling the aroma of or steeping their warm cozy tea. And each sticker has a fun colorful border to match. Stick them in your planner, on your water bottle, notebook, phone case, laptop, or wherever your heart desires, even on your car! Thanks to the thick, waterproof vinyl these stickers are made of, they can go pretty much anywhere.

All original designs straight from my brain, hand drawn from scratch by me, a human artist named Bri 👩‍🎨

Background/borders are solid and opaque. Matte texture.

MATERIAL: High quality, thick vinyl. Waterproof, dishwasher safe, and scratch and fade resistant. More than 2 years on the back of my mom's car has proven these stickers will stand up to anything!

“Standard Shipping” is the shipping method that I use to ship the bulk of my sticker and magnet orders. It is actually a service that Etsy graciously offers, in partnership with Pitney Bowes, to shops who sell small, flat, lightweight items, such as stickers, that can be shipped affordably in a flat envelope as letter mail (same as stamped “snail mail”), which is great for reducing unnecessary waste, and helping customers save money on postage. But there are some downsides. USPS doesn’t actually provide tracking for letter mail, so the tracking you see on Etsy is more like a “guesstimate” and often wrong. This can cause some confusion amongst customers if they do not read the disclaimer ahead of ordering. Be prepared for inaccurate tracking updates and longer shipping times. Here are some of the most commonly asked questions:

Q: My package was marked as delivered/out for delivery but I can’t find it?
A: This can happen a lot when customers select “standard shipping” at checkout when purchasing stickers or magnets. Most of the time all you need to do is wait a few more days and more often than not, it’ll show up with a little extra patience! I usually tell customers to give it about a week max after your order was marked as delivered/out for delivery and if it still hasn’t shown, let me know and I’ll get you taken care of!

Q: USPS says the tracking number is invalid. Can you check the tracking on your end to see where my order is?
A: Unfortunately the same tracking you see is all I can see too. If you selected “standard shipping” at checkout, this is not a real USPS tracking number and the tracking history (which is often inaccurate) can only be viewed on Etsy. Read the section above about my standard shipping to learn why.

Q: Why is my order taking so long / stuck in transit?
A: Again, you probably selected “standard shipping” (snail mail) at checkout. It could either be the fact that USPS does not scan these packages, or that this shipping method really does just act like “snail mail” sometimes. I have a disclaimer on my listing that this shipping method can be pretty unpredictable, with some taking a few days to arrive while others take weeks, and Etsy’s delivery estimates do not reflect this. If I could control those estimates, I would. If you would like more reliable, quicker shipping, I would recommend selecting the shipping upgrade at checkout, ESPECIALLY if you’re purchasing a time sensitive gift. Thank you for understanding that I am not responsible for shipping delays.

Q: Why is my order still showing as “pre-transit?”
A: I’m aware some shops print labels for packages days before they actually ship the package. I know this can be frustrating for expectant customers, so I never print my labels until the day of or before shipping my packages. If you selected “standard shipping” (snail mail) and your tracking has been stuck at “pre-transit” for a while, it’s likely your order is actually in transit and the tracking is just wrong. Many of my orders end up getting delivered without the tracking ever having been updated. A good rule of thumb would be if you’re still waiting after 3 weeks, please let me know so I can help you out!

Q: Why is the postage shown on my label less than what I paid for shipping?
A: Because the “standard shipping” is a flat rate made to cover orders that weigh up to 3oz and/or require a “nonmachinable” fee (for envelopes that are too thick or rigid to be processed as letter mail). But many of my orders come out to weigh less than the maximum 3oz and don’t require so much postage when I go to purchase labels. I also price it this way to help cover the cost of shipping supplies, and because Etsy charges me additional shipping fees.

Q: I have an APO/FPO/DPO address, what does that mean for me?
A: If you have any kind of address that requires a customs form, you can NOT select “standard shipping” at checkout, because it’s a shipping method for letter mail which doesn’t support customs. Etsy simply won’t let me purchase letter mail (“standard shipping”) labels for these addresses. You MUST select the shipping upgrade at checkout so that I can fill out the customs form. I know it’s more expensive, and I really hate that for you guys but it’s the only way, unless you have a different address I can use. Etsy does not block customers with these addresses from selecting “standard shipping” at checkout so I have had to cancel a few orders because of this, which I really hate doing but there’s really no other option. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience!!

As you can see, “standard shipping” can sometimes be a headache, but the majority of my orders do arrive safely and smoothly with some extra patience. However, if you would like to avoid wonky tracking or having to wait a while, there is a shipping upgrade, with much better tracking and speed, available at checkout for a few extra dollars! Thank you for understanding that I am not responsible for the postal service’s shipping delays or errors.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
