1.When will my item ship?

It usually takes about 2-3 business days for making. And I will often ship sooner as I can.

2.Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Custom order does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a printing defect, please send me a photo of the defect so I can send you a replacement.

3.Are the delivery dates guaranteed?

The delivery dates are estimates and while they are usually honoured, on rare occasions some items can be delayed. This will not be considered a valid reason for return. But I will do everything possible to help your item delivery sooner.

4.How do I place a custom order?
