What happens if my package gets lost?

I only offer tracked & certified shipping, so if there wasn't any mistake on the label/address, your order will be 100% covered by Etsy's policy!

I bought a charm that has some kind of wrinkles, what do I do?

That's a protective layer! It avoids the charm getting damaged during shipping, you can just peel it off!

My tracked shipping isn't updating!

This is a common occurrence with USA/Canada orders, there's nothing to worry about! You can check your order status in other websites for international shipping.

What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?

Being certificate, all orders require the receiver (who's name is on the address!) to sign upon arrival. If you're not home, your postal service should leave a notice to pick it up. But don't worry! If the package gets sent back to us, we will notify you and ask if you would like it to be sent again! In this case, have in mind we will require you to cover the shipment price again if there wasn't any mistake in our end (like an incorrect address).

My wooden pin came with a yellowish tint!

That's a protective film! Most of the wooden pins have this film when shipped to avoid any damage and scratches. If you see that your wooden pin arrived looking yellowish, don't be afraid to peel it off! A tiny percent of charms will have burnt edges when taking off this film. I've tested them, and all of the burns I washed with soapy water came out nice and clean, so don't be scared if your pin got a little toasted when cutting 😊

Who are this 3 cats on the sticker that came in my order?

Those are Aiden, Aquiles and Atenea! Our three cats ^^ We made those stickers as small freebies to add in each order, but also sell them at conventions and use the profits to donate to local animal shelters.
