3. Click on the Download Files button beside your order to be redirected to the Downloads page

If you purchased as a 'Guest Buyer' you will receive an email from Etsy with a download link. Make sure that the email address you provide to Etsy is an active one (please check your Spam folder as well).

If you are trying to download your digital file via Etsy app, that is not currently an option. To download the files on your mobile device, you can use the download link from the e-mail that you will receive from Etsy (at the e-mail address you have associated with your Etsy account).
